Reviews and Ratings
I had a great stay at the hotel! The rooms were a bit cramped with two narrow beds, a bureau, small TV, and refrigerator, but the private rooftop balcony was a nice touch. The service, especially from Michele, was wonderful and very helpful with arranging taxis and giving sightseeing tips. The location was perfect, just a short walk from key attractions like the Colosseum, and the dining was convenient although a bit basic. Overall, a comfortable and friendly place to stay.
The hotel had a few drawbacks but overall it met my needs. The room was noisy due to the neighbors, dingy, and in need of refurbishing, and the food quality was subpar. However, the service was friendly and professional, particularly Michele. The location was excellent, close to key attractions and easy to get around, though it was near but not in the center of Rome. The dining options were varied, setting me up nicely for sightseeing. Some facilities were lacking, but the price was fair for what was offered.
I was quite lucky to get a room with a balcony as I had requested ahead of time. The hotel was almost empty, which was nice, but there weren't many amenities. The service was excellent thanks to the very helpful and friendly staff, although there was a slight hiccup with the room assignment. The location was perfect, close to the main station and Metro stops, making it easy to get around. The dining options were sufficient for starting the day with a good Italian breakfast. The hotel facilities were decent, but nothing extravagant.
The hotel offers basic rooms that are adequate for a city break, although they felt a little cramped. The service was helpful with varied levels of cheerfulness and helpfulness, and the location was great for sightseeing. The dining experience was satisfactory with Italian options. Overall, a decent choice for the price.
The hotel offers simple rooms with a mix of bed sizes, clean but minimal decor, and thin towels. The extra outside space helped alleviate the small room size. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, providing maps and storage options. The location is advantageous being near major stations and attractions, while the dining experience offers a self-service option due to understaffing.
My stay at the hotel was mixed. The rooms had a funny smell, and the hallway rug was sticky. However, the private rooftop balcony was a pleasant surprise, larger than our room. Some lights weren't working, and there was a lingering body odor. The rooms were a bit small, but that may vary by room.
